Andrew has a background as an experienced software and hardware testing and verification engineer and in ASIC design. He changed from focusing on hardware to software testing in 2006 and became ISEB/ISTQB certified in software test. Andrew helped with transition of testing from UK to China, and has spent 5 years working outside the UK between Beijing, Singapore and Colorado. Andrew has managed software test teams in Singapore and UK consisting of both permanent and contract team members.
